- Higgins House, Victorian with three guest rooms on National Register. Between Orlando and Daytona Beach.
- Park Plaza Hotel, 1922, with balconies overlooking downtown’s Park Avenue. Complimentary breakfast-in-bed. Restaurant. (Closest thing to a B&B in Winter Park.)
